Seven new Silpo supermarkets were opened in 7 regions of Ukraine in the first half of 2012:

- March, 7, 2012 – the 4^th Silpo in Sevastopol, Crimea, with 3 000 square meters of shopping space;
- March, 15, 2012 – the 2^nd Silpo in Mariupol, Donetsk region, with about 1 000 square meters of shopping space;
- March, 28, 2012 – the 5^th Silpo in Kherson, with about 7 000 square meters of shopping space;
- March, 30, 2012 – the 5^th Silpo in Dnipropetrovsk, with about 900 square meters of shopping space;
- March, 30, 2012 – the 1^st Silpo in Oster, Chernigiv region, with about 600 square meters of shopping space;
- May, 18, 2012 – the 4^th Silpo in Khmelnytskyi, with over 700 square meters of shopping space;
- May, 25, 2012 – the 49^th Silpo in Kyiv, with about 1 000 square meters of shopping space.

One Fozzy Cash&Carry was opened in Crimea:

- April, 10, 2012 – the 1^st Fozzy in Simferopol, with over 6 000 square meters of shopping space.
