Installment payment service at self-service checkouts: Vlasnyi Rakhunok Bank launches instant BNPL service at Silpo 02.04.2025

Vlasnyi Rakhunok Bank introduces Oplata Dolkamy — Ukraine’s first instant installment payment service for supermarket purchases. The fully automated solution is now available at Silpo’s self-service checkouts.

Ukrainians can now split their payments into installments directly at the self-checkout — before completing their purchase. No need to call for assistance, no hidden fees, and no long waits: the bank’s decision takes less than 20 seconds. Internationally, this service is known as Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL).

The service is available to all holders of Vlasnyi Rakhunok Bank cards.

How it works?

  1. Scan their Vlasnyi Rakhunok QR code at the self-checkout
  2. Scan all their products
  3. Sel ect Oplata Dolkamy as the payment method
  4. Receive a push notification from the Vlasnyi Rakhunok app and confirm the installment plan
  5. Scan the new QR code from the app at the checkout — and that’s it, payment goes through instantly
  6. Silpo receives the full payment fr om the Bank, and the Guest gets a convenient repayment schedule

The service is already available in selected Silpo stores in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Poltava, Lutsk, Drohobych, Bucha, and Chornomorsk — with plans to scale across the entire network.
