Silpo ranks among Ukraine’s top food retailers by tax contributions 28.02.2025

We are proud to be a guarantor of Ukraine’s food security and to be making a significant contribution to the national economy — including through fair and transparent tax payments.

Silpo Food team received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Committee on Finance, Taxation and Customs Policy of Ukrainian Parliament for responsible tax contributions and dedication to the development of the retail industry. The award was presented by the Committee’s Chair, Danylo Hetmantsev.

In 2024, we transferred a total of UAH 5,113,408,686.97 in taxes and fees — including UAH 158,836,449 in military tax that directly supports Ukraine’s defense.

Last year, like the entire country, we operated under challenging conditions. In December, an enemy attack destroyed one of our frozen food warehouses, causing losses of over UAH 400 million. However, our team quickly adapted the logistics system to ensure our Guests experienced no shortages of their favorite products — and the holiday season remained as delicious.
